Ada Parson

Ada R. Parson, 95, formerly of Alsace Manor passed away June 26, 2010 at 4:25 AM in Kutztown Manor where she resided since 2005. She was the wife of Robert R. Parson, Sr., who passed away in 1994. Born in Gettysburg on November 8, 1914, she was the daughter of the late Samuel E. and Bessie M. (Leatherman) Kline.

Mrs. Parson was employed as a sewing machine operator until retiring in 1990. She was a member of First Church of the Brethren in Wyomissing.

Surviving are 2 sons Dale E. Parson of Fleetwood and Randy L. Parson of Reading, a daughter Doris J. (Parson) Krick of Las Vegas, NV, a foster son Robert Sparks of Reading, 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son Robert R. Parson, Jr. in 1995.
