Alfons Endler

Alfons B. Endler, 86, of Sinking Spring, passed away on Friday, August 21, 2009 at 5:15 a.m. at St. Joseph's Medical Center, where he had been a patient for one week.

Born in Hamburg, Germany, he was the husband of Karen C. (Hapke) Endler, of Sinking Spring.

He worked as an Art Director for University Foods in New Jersey for more than 27 years.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his step son: Jeffrey A., husband of Lisa Van Ess of Sinking Spring, and two step grandchildren: Gretchen and Anneliese.
