Andrew T. Kelly Jr.

Andrew T. Kelly Jr., 82, of Sinking Spring, passed away on Saturday, June 6, 2026. Born in Newport, Rhode Island, in May of 1944, he was the son of the late Andrew T. Kelly Sr. and Ruth (Dawson). Andrew graduated from State High School in South Carolina, Class of 1962. Later in life Andrew attended Penn State University, pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, graduating in 1995. Throughout his life, he worked as an electrical engineer and was currently employed part-time as the Parts Department Manager at Auto Zone in Sinking Spring. Andrew's interests included fishing, automotive repair, music, and he was a multifaceted individual with various talents. For over 20 years, he volunteered as Santa Claus for numerous hospitals and churches. He held a membership in the Reading Lodge #549.

He was the devoted husband of Lilian J. Kelly (McAllister), who predeceased him on December 15, 2015. The couple shared 49 years together. Andrew is survived by his loving wife of 9 years, Janice F. Kelly (Lyons), of Sinking Spring; daughters Deborah Ann DeLong and her husband Roger DeLong of Tallahassee, FL, and Tracey Lynn Pajski and her husband Timothy Pajski of Womelsdorf; grandchildren Nicholas Peter Adams, Christopher Andrew Adams, Tyler Timothy Pajski, and Brittany Elizabeth Felton; great-grandchildren Brayden and Brooklyn; and brother Michael Kelly and his spouse Constance Williams.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 11, 2026, at Bean Funeral Homes, 3825 Penn Avenue, Sinking Spring, PA 19608, commencing at 1:00 p.m with a Masonic service and Pastor John Leisey. The family will receive guests at the funeral home from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. prior to the service.
