Barbara J. Hohl, age 65, of Reading, Pennsylvania, who departed this life on Friday, September 11, 2026. Born on May 25, 1961, in Ephrata, Pennsylvania, Barbara was a devoted mother and a caring individual who made a significant impact in the lives of those around her. Barbara was known for her dedicated service as a Certified Nursing Assistant at the Mifflin Center, where she exhibited compassion and commitment to those in her care. Her work in the healthcare field was a testament to her nurturing spirit and her desire to uplift others. Barbara is survived by her daughter, Shiniale L. Miller; her son, Craig A. Hohl; step daughter, Misty D. Rafael, 7 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren, 1 soon to be great granddaughter; and siblings, Julie Hohl; and Randy Hohl, and significant other Jose Gonzalez who will carry on her legacy of kindness and warmth.

She was predeceased by her parents Charles D. and Christine E. (Milshaw) Hohl; and siblings, Mary Hohl, Brenda Hohl and Joseph Hohl. Barbara will be remembered for her gentle heart and unwavering support for her family. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved her.
