Barry S. Stubblebine, Sr.

Barry S. Stubblebine, Sr. formerly of Sinking Spring, passed away Thursday, November 27, 2025 at 4:20 am at Reading Hospital. He was the husband of the late Doris J. (Arnold) Stubblebine who passed away September 22, 2009. Born in West Reading, Mr. Stubblebine was the son of the late Stuart J. and Mildred Mae (Southworth) Stubblebine. He was a 1951 graduate of Reading High School and was employed by Sid Harvey, Morgantown Road in Reading as a counter man for 18 years. Mr. Stubblebine was a member of the Sinking Spring Historical Society. He is survived by his children Patricia Ann Johnson, wife of the late William Johnson, Jr. of Morgantown; Barry S. Stubblebine, Jr. husband of Debbie K. Stubblebine of Wernersville; his grandchildren William Johnson, III and Shauna Moorman; his great grandson Jaden and was preceded in death by his grandson Cory Stubblebine.
