Betty June Hartline

Betty June Hartline, 86, formerly of Reading, passed away Sunday, November 2, 2025 at 6:42 pm at Keystone Villa at Douglassville. She was the wife of the late William T. Hartline who passed away March 28, 2023. Born in Reading, Mrs. Hartline was the daughter of the late Claude and Mary (Heath) Hardinger. She was a member of Christ Yocom’s Lutheran Church, Grill and was a 1957 graduate of Muhlenberg High School. She was employed as the manager of the floral department at Michael’s in Rockford, Illinois until her retirement. Mrs. Hartline is survived by her children Thomas W. Hartline husband of Mary E. Hartline of Land O Lakes, Florida; Debra L. Arnold wife of Eric J. Arnold of Robeson Township and her grandchildren Elizabeth, Gregory, Abigail, Victoria, Thomas and her great grandchildren Aden, Koa and Roland. She is also survived by her brother Irvin Hardinger of Maysville, North Carolina and was preceded in death by her siblings Norman Hardinger, Richard Hardinger, Mary Glass, Arlene Wentzel and Ruth Maurer.

Funeral Service will be held at Bean Funeral Home, 6 Fairlane Road, Exeter Township, Saturday, November 22, 2025 at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Park. The family will receive relatives and friends at Bean Funeral Home Saturday from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Christ Yocom’s Lutheran Church 840 Philadelphia Ave. Reading, PA 19607 in memory of Mrs. Betty June Hartline.
