Catherine Potteiger

Catherine A. Potteiger, 79, of Laureldale, passed away March 19, 2009 in Berks Heim where she resided since November 1, 2007. She was a loving person and the wife of Ralph F. Potteiger. Born in Reading on November 26, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Dominic and Bertha DeAngelis.

Mrs. Potteiger was a 1946 graduate of Reading Catholic High School and was employed by her late daughter at Esterly Real Estate until her retirement.

Surviving in addition to her husband are 3 grandchildren Jason Esterly, Kenneth Esterly and Niki Esterly, 3 great grandchildren Deja, Zachary and Madison, a brother Pat DeAngelis and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her daughter JoAnn (Santerelli) Esterly on February 10, 2002 and a sister Lorraine Gallagher.
