Doris S. Becker

Doris S. Becker, 90, passed away Thursday, September 11, 2025 at 5:17 am in the residence of her daughter Pamela R. Potteiger, Muhlenberg Township, with whom she last resided. She was the wife of the late Ronald N. Becker, Sr. to whom she was married to for 63 years before he passed away in 2016. Born in Reading, Mrs. Becker was the daughter of the late Wayne and Mary (Haas) Kline. She was a 1953 graduate of Shillington High School and attended Trinity Bible Fellowship Church in Blandon. Mrs. Becker was a secretary at WRAW Radio Station and Albright College until her retirement. She is survived by her children Pamela R. Potteiger wife of Charles C. Potteiger with whom she last resided; Ronald N. Becker, Jr. husband of Karen Becker of South Carolina; her grandchildren Justin Potteiger husband of Heather Potteiger; Matthew Potteiger husband of Jessica Potteiger; Craig Potteiger; Daniel Schleifenheimer partner of Kelbi Estrella; Lydia Becker and was preceded in death by her daughter Karen M. Baer, April 2020.

Memorial Service will be held at Trinity Bible Fellowship Church 220 Main Street, Blandon, Friday, September 19, 2025 at 11:00 am. Pastor Dan Williams will officiate. The family will receive relatives and friends at Trinity Bible Fellowship Church Friday from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Animal Rescue League of Berks County 58 Kennel Road, Birdsboro, PA 19508 in memory of Mrs. Doris S. Becker.
