E. Roxanne Walker

E. Roxanne Walker, 71, of Reading, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 8, 2024 in her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of Les G. Walker. Together they shared 43 years of marriage. 

Born in Reading, on June 17, 1952, she was the daughter of the late David Moyer and Marjorie L. Moyer (Sulman). Roxanne was a graduate of Muhlenberg High School, Class of 1970. During her life, she worked as the Vice President in Compliance, for Fifth Third Bank for 19 years, until retiring. Roxanne loved exercising, shopping, attending craft shows and was an animal lover. She was an avid advocate for pet adoption and adopted many pets throughout her life.

Roxanne is survived by her husband Les G. Walker, of Reading; sister, Aileen D. Endy, widow of Neal H. Endy, of Exeter; brother, Stanton B. Moyer, widower, of Kristine K. Moyer, of Kenhorst; brother, Jay H. Moyer, husband of Margaret R. Moyer, of Muhlenberg; 3 nephews; 2 nieces; 2 great nephews; 2 great nieces; and her loving dogs, Carly, Kava, and Bella. 

A Graveside Service will be held at Berks County Memorial Gardens 201 Evansville Rd, Fleetwood, PA 19522 on Friday, April 12, 2024 at 1:00pm.   Rabbi Yosef Lipsker will officiate.
