Edmund Korpalski

Edmund Korpalski, 92, of Fleetwood, passed away on Thursday, September 2, 2021 at Penn State Health St. Joseph Medical Center.

He was the beloved husband of Jean K. (Reck) Korpalski. Together they shared 67 years of marriage.

Born in Reading, he was the son of Alexander and Mary (Sternowski) Korpalski.

Edmund served proudly in the United States Army, during World War II.

During his life he was employed for Dana Corporation for 40 years, until retirement.

Edmund enjoyed varies types of food and tagging along for antique excursions with his daughter Kathleen and wife Jean.

In addition to his wife Jean K. Korpalski, of Fleetwood, he is survived by his daughter Kathleen L. Rhode, widow of the late Ricky Lee, of Fleetwood; grandchildren, Jennifer M. Koch; John David Moody; 7 great grandchildren; sister Helen Smolkowicz, of Wyomissing; nephew Frank Pondo; and nieces Eva Bocian; Susan Sharman; and Carol Horne.
