Emma L. Santiago

Emma L. Santiago, 82, of Reading, passed away on Thursday, June 19, 2025, at Genesis Nursing Home in West Reading. She was the beloved wife of Jose Santiago sharing 51 years of togetherness. Born in Pottstown, she was the daughter of the late Daniel B. Nonnemaker and Emma May (Bachman) Nonnemaker.

Emma enjoyed crossword puzzles, cooking, fishing, the beach and watching wrestling. She is survived by her husband Jose M. Santiago, of Reading; daughter, Kelly DeBeck, widow of Mark Drexel, of Reading; daughter, Bonnie M. Donmoyer, wife of Terry Donmoyer, of Lebanon; stepchildren, Felix, and Daly both of Philadelphia; sister, Nancy Nonnemaker, of Birdsboro; 16 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Emma was predeceased by stepson, Carlos Santiago and siblings Clyde Nonnemaker, Fredrick Nonnemaker, and Benjamin Nonnemaker.
