Florence Erb

Florence M. Erb, 86, of Lincoln Park, passed away on Saturday, August 29, 2009 at 6:25 a.m. at the Reading Hospital and Medical Center, where she had been a patient for a day.

Born In Orwigsburg, Schulkill Co., she was a daughter of the late William C. Moyer and Sylvia M. (Longsderff) Moyer, and widow of the late Lewis A. Erb, who passed away in 1970.

She was a 1941 graduate of Shillington H.S., and a member of a Lincoln Park United Methodist Church.

She worked as a Legal Secretary fo, and also compiled the Berks Co. Law Journal for the Berks Co. Bar Assocation for many years, retiring in 1990.

She is survived by her son: Michael Erb., husband of Frances Erb of Lincoln Park.

There are also two grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and three great great grandchildren.
