Gerald A. Lorah

Gerald A. Lorah, 91, of Cumru Township, formerly of Wyomissing, passed away Saturday, December 16, 2023 at 7:34 pm at Mifflin Center.  He was the husband of Barbara A. (Delp) Lorah.  Born in Reading, Mr. Lorah was the son of the late Ira and Carrie (Knittinger) Lorah.  He served in the United States Air Force and was a grinder at Rockwell International for 28 years retiring in 1994.  In addition to his wife, Mr. Lorah is survived by his sons Brian Lorah of West Lawn; Brent Lorah husband of Linda Lorah of West Lawn; A.J. Lorah husband of Susan Lorah of Bernville; his step-sons Darryl Henry husband of Jean Henry of Lancaster; Keith Henry of West Lawn; Roy Blimline of Mohnton and his step-daughter Lori (Blimline) Love wife of Jeffrey Love of Shillington and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.  Mr. Lorah was preceded in death by his step-daughter Janelle Henry.

Graveside Service will be held at Pleasant View Cemetery 650 Fritztown Road, Sinking Spring, Friday, December 22, 2023 at 10:00 am.  Amy S. Landis, Celebrant, will officiate.  Entombment will follow.  Bean Funeral Home, 129 East Lancaster Ave. Shillington is in charge of arrangements.
