Harold Douglas French

Harold Douglas French, 85, of Sinking Spring, passed away on Tuesday, August 13, 2024, at his daughter’s home, surrounded by his family. Born in Susquehanna, PA, Harold was the son of the late Colonel Arlyn B. French and Alice (Moore) French. Harold had worked as a railroader for over 42 years, working at Erie, Erie-Lackawanna, Conrail, and Norfolk Southern Railways.

Harold is survived by his children, Harold D. French, of Barryville NY, Alicemarie Santos, wife of Oscar, of Sinking Spring, Denise Wolford, of Allentown, and Richard A. French, husband of Lisa, of Huntertown, IN. He is also survived by his 7 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.

Harold is predeceased by his siblings, Ruth Boughton, Richard French, and Richard Agler.
