Helen Haensel

Helen A. Haensel, 89, of Exeter Township passed away August 27, 2008 at 1:25 pm in Reading Hospital a patient since August 16th. She was the wife of the late Clemens A. Haensel who passed away March 15, 2005. Born in Queens, NY she was the daughter of the late Edward Richard and Jenni Bell(Peddler) Abbott. Mrs. Haensel was employed by Mosler Safe Co. in Bethel, CT as a technician for 10 years retiring in 1980. She was preceded in death by her son, Frank C. Haensel who passed away in May of 1974. She is survived by her grandchildren Karen L. (Haensel)wife of Stephen E. Dempsey of Exeter Township; Christopher W. husband of Marjorie Haensel of Cheshire, CT; Katherine E. Haensel wife of John Swayne of Danbury, CT and great grandchildren, Brian, Michelle and Adam Dempsey; Colin and Ciara Haensel and Amanda Swayne. She is also survived by her daughter in law, Virginia(Berg) Haensel of Bethel, CT.
