Henrietta G. Ziegler

Henrietta G. Ziegler, age 90, of Kenhorst passed away on October 1st, 2026, at the Reading Hospital.

Henrietta was a member of Alsace Lutheran Church and Pagoda Skyline Inc. in which she was very active. She attended school at Governor Mifflin and went on to take a secretarial course at the Reading Business Institute. Henrietta was employed at Fein & Glass Shoe Factory and was employed at Western Electric for 31 years until her retirement. She loved to travel which led her to work at Roamer Tours for seven years where she met many wonderful people.

Henrietta was one of thirteen children born to Elem Freeman and Mary (Erwin) Freeman.

Henrietta is survived by her brothers Donald Freeman (Lucille) of Mohnton and Elem Freeman Jr. of Elverson as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

She is predeceased by her parents and her sisters Helen Freeman, Beatrice Freeman, Jane Freeman, Betty Nagle, Miriam Kripplebauer, and Eula Yarnell, as well as her brothers Earl, Wayne, James, and Allan Freeman.

The family will receive family and friends at Bean Funeral Home, 129 E. Lancaster Ave. Shillington on Thursday, October 15 at 10:00am. The funeral service will begin at 11:00am and burial will follow at Fairview (Bellemans) Cemetery, Centre Township.
