Howard Walker

Howard G. Walker, 90, formerly of Temple and Columbia Cottage of Wyomissing, passed away July 14, 2011 at 6:47 pm in Berks County Home-Berks Heim. He was the husband of the late Blanche E. (Fritz) Walker who passed away April 27, 2010. Born in Reading he was the son of the late Howard W. and Elsie I. (Goodman) Walker. Mr. Walker was employed in the warehouse department of A.R.A. in Wyomissing for 26 years retiring in 1983. He served in the United States Marine Corp during WWII.

He is survived by his son Les G. husband of Roxanne Walker of Batavia, Ohio, grandchildren Christel A. Kerchner and Matthew A. Walker along with his great grandson Camden A. Walker. Mr. Walker was preceded in death by his son Alan K. Walker August 1, 1996.
