Irene T. Lindy

Irene “Renee” T. Lindy, 85, of Boca Raton, FL, formerly of Wyomissing, PA, passed away on Thursday, January 15, 2026, at The Blake at Hamlin, Winter Garden, Florida. She was the loving wife to Robert H. Lindy for over 15 years of marriage before his passing on May 27, 2014. Born in Stouchburg, PA Renee was the daughter of the late, Edgar John Stricker and Marie Elizabeth (Fatzinger).

Renee was a business owner with her husband (Robert) specializing in multi-unit rental properties in Pennsylvania and Texas until her retirement. When Renee was not traveling for business or pleasure, she enjoyed her time at the casino and their Pompano Beach Vacation Condo located on the beach. Two of her most favorite trips were taking her son Steven and his wife Debbie to Anchorage, Alaska to show him his birthplace and then traveling with her Stepdaughter Diane to New Zealand and the Sidney, Australia Opera House.

Renee is survived by her son, Steven M. Mileski, husband of Debra L. Wenrich, of Windermere FL, stepdaughters, Diane T. Waugh, wife of Wesley R. of Sinking Spring, and Kathy M. Krick, of Reading, Step grandchildren, Alexandra E. Waugh, Allyssa M. Krick, and Daniel J. Krick.

Memorial Service for Renee will be held on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at 11:00 AM in Bean Funeral Home, 129 E. Lancaster Ave. Shillington, PA 19607. The family will receive relatives and guests in Bean Funeral Home, Shillington, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
