Jacquelin Sue Lampley

Jacquelin Sue Lampley, 87, of Wyomissing, passed away peacefully on March 17, 2026. Known affectionately as Sue, she was born on October 6, 1938, in Spartanburg, South Carolina, to Broadus and Ida Belle (Henson) Blanton. Throughout her life, Sue dedicated herself to her family and spent many years working as an administrative assistant. Her interests included tennis, golf, bridge, beach trips, and enjoying a good glass of white wine.

Sue is survived by her husband of 65 years, Malloy Lampley; sons, Jeffrey M. Lampley husband of Susan M. Reed, John F. Lampley significant other of Pamela L. Miller, and Joel H. Lampley husband of Shannon P. Lampley; grandchildren Alex Lampley, Aaron Lampley, Kristin Baughman, Olivia Lampley, Brooke Lampley, and Parker Miller; and eight great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her brother Bill Blanton.
