James Billman

James P. Billman, 66, formerly of Reading, passed away October 12, 2010 in the Westmoreland Hospital in Greensburg, PA; prior to that he was a resident at Crest Personal Care Home in Westmoreland County.

Born in Carthage, MO, he was the son of the late Clarence C. Billman and Cecelia H. (Szczepanski) Billman.

Mr. Billman was Past-President of Residence Council of Laurel Highlands Personal Care Home and also volunteered at Westmoreland Manor in Greensburg, PA

He is survived by a sister Irene M. (Billman) Perry wife of Theodore C. Perry of Greensburg, PA and preceded by brothers Russell A. Billman and George I. Billman. There is a nephew Scott Prairie and Great- Niece Tasha Simoncini.
