James W. Higinbotham

James "Jim" Higinbotham, aged 67, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 29, 2026, at The Residence at Village Greens. Born in New York City on April 16, 1958, Jim was the beloved son of the late Webb F. Higinbotham and Kathleen (Jennings) Higinbotham. After graduating from Roger Ludlowe High School, Class of 1976, Jim pursued higher education at Marietta College in Ohio, earning a Bachelor's Degree. As a successful business owner, Jim led his landscape company from 1983 until his retirement in 2013. He is survived by his brother, John C. Higinbotham, his wife Sharon, of West Lawn, and his nephews Webb and Grant Higinbotham.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, April 13, 2026, at St. Ignatius Loyola Church, 2600 St. Albans Drive, Reading, PA 19609, at 11:30 a.m. The family will receive guests at the church from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
