Joyce L. Wawrzyniak

Joyce L. Wawrzyniak, 74, passed away on Friday, December 26, 2025. Born in Reading, Ms. Wawrzyniak was the daughter of the late John Shannon, Jr. and Carmel (Ramagivlia) Shannon and her biological Mother Joyce (Impink) Shannon. She was employed by the Reading School District in the food service department. Ms. Wawrzyniak is survived by her children Jennifer L. Wawrzyniak of Wyomissing; Jeffrey M. Wawrzyniak of Reading; her grandchildren Darian Hardy, Reginald Hardy, Jr., De’Shaun Wilson, Kayla Wawrzyniak, Brynn Woodling and her great grandchildren Reginald Hardy, III and Adelaida Hardy-Ayala. Also surviving are her siblings Patrick Shannon husband of Anita Shannon of Reading; Thomas Shannon of Reading; Frank Shannon of Reading; Denise Gensemer of Reading and was preceded in death by Jeanne and Christopher Shannon. Ms. Wawrzyniak was an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan.
