Judith Marie Koch

Judith Marie Koch, 78, of Exeter Township, passed away the evening of Thursday, February 1, 2024  in her residence surrounded by her loving family.  She was the wife of Richard Carl Koch.  Born in Camden, New Jersey, Judy was the daughter of the late John Price and Lucy Price (Kurtz) Hughes.  She was a member of Saint Catharine of Siena Roman Catholic Church, Exeter Township and was employed by Birdsboro Family Medicine as a medical assistant for 13 years until her retirement.  In addition to her husband, Judy is survived by her daughters Johanna Marie (Koch) Loose of Exeter Township; Stephanie Anne Koch of Elverson; her grandson Evan Carl Loose and her siblings Elizabeth Laymen of North Carolina; John Price, Jr. of Texas; Kathleen Allen of Virginia and John Hughes, Jr. of Arizona.  

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Saint Catharine of Siena Roman Catholic Church 4975 Boyertown Pike, Exeter Township, Friday, February 9, 2024 at 1:00 pm.   Reverend Matthew Kuna, Celebrant.   Interment will be held at the convenience of the family at Gethsemane Cemetery.  The family will receive relatives and friends at Bean Funeral Home, 6 Fairlane Road, Exeter Township, Thursday, February 8, 2024 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm and Friday from 12:15 pm to 12:45 pm at Saint Catharine of Siena Roman Catholic Church.  In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society at www.cancer.org in memory of Mrs. Judith Marie Koch.  Online condolences may be made at www.beanfuneralhomes.com
