Lois D. Scheidt

Lois D. Scheidt, age 85 years, 10 months and 2 days, passed away on June 2, 2026, at Berks Leisure Living, Leesport, Pa.Born August 1, 1940, in Robeson Township, she was a daughter of the late John S. and Viola A. (Seyler) Scheidt. Lois was a 1958 graduate of Twin Valley High School. Various employments included Micrographics, Reading, Pa., Hamburg Hospital and waitress service. 

She will be dearly missed by all her family and friends who knew her.Lois was preceded in death by her sister Kay E. Bell and brother Terry L. Scheidt Sr. Her brother Neil D. Scheidt is the only survivor of her immediate family. Also surviving is her devoted guardian nephew Terry L. Scheidt Jr. and seven other beloved nieces and nephews. Three other nieces and nephew also predeceased her; she loved and adored each and every one.

Funeral Service for Lois will be held on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at 11:00 AM in Bean Funeral Home, 1605 Rockland Street, Reading PA 19604. Interment to follow in New Jerusalem Cemetery, Fleetwood.
