Luther Planer

Luther Planer, 88, of Lower Alsace Township, passed away Thursday June 25, 2026 at 4:45 pm at Fairlane Gardens, Exeter Township. He was the husband of Brenda D. (Rapp) Planer. Born in Saint Lawrence, Mr. Planer was the son of the late Harry and Alice (Himmelberger) Planer. He was employed by Davis Candy Company in Glenside as a delivery driver. In addition to his wife, Mr. Planer is survived by his children Chianne N. Planer and her loving companion Sean P. Sterling of Pottstown; Scott M. Hartman of Shillington and his grandchildren Timothy, Robert and Daryl Hartman and his 4 great grandchildren.
