M. Edwin Lichtenstein, 99, of Reading, passed away April 17, 2009 at 7:16 AM in his residence. He was the husband of Evelyn E. (Knoblauch) Lichtenstein who passed away December 10, 2007. Born in Willow Grove on August 24, 1909, he was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs Lichtenstein.
Mr. Lichtenstein was a graduate of Temple Law School and was self employed.
Surviving are a son Allen B. Lichtenstein of Douglassville, a granddaughter Amy K. Lichtenstein and 2 great grandchildren Emanie A. Diossa and Lorenzo M. Santos also a brother Jack Joseph Lichtenstein and a sister Briane (Lichtenstein) Frank.
