Malvin P. Homan, Jr.

Malvin P. Homan, Jr., 89, passed away Thursday, November 30, 2023 at 1:40 pm at Keystone Villa-Douglassville.  He was the husband of the late Gail R. (Hamaker) Homan who passed away October 2018.  Born in Reading Mr. Homan was the son of the late Malvin P. Homan, Sr. and Francina (Kurtz) Homan.  He was employed by Western Electric/AT&T in the plant construction department before retiring in 1995.  Mr. Homan is survived by his children Doreen S. (Homan) Quire wife of Terry M. Quire of Reading; Dr. Mal R. Homan husband of Joann (Condame) Homan of Zionsville, PA; Eric W. Homan of Burbank, CA and his grandchildren Terry Quire, Jr. of New Orleans, LA; Patrick Quire of Philadelphia; Aubrey (Homan) Bowman of Athens, PA; Jane Homan of Philadelphia; Mal P. Homan of Slatington and his great grandchildren Sebastian Bowman and Avery Homan.  He was preceded in death by his sisters Anne M. Homan and Francina (Homan) Wien.

Inurnment will be held at the convenience of the family at Laureldale Cemetery Mausoleum.  Bean Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 1605 Rockland Street, Hampden Heights is in charge of arrangements.
