Mary M. Arnold

Mary M. Arnold, 94, formerly of Mount Penn, died Tuesday, April 9, 2024 at Sinking Spring Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.   Her husband, Paul R. Arnold died September 18, 1997.  Born in Reading, Mary was the daughter of the late Joseph J. and Margaret S. (Nangle) Koraus.   She was a lifelong member of Saint Catharine of Siena Roman Catholic Church.  Mary volunteered at the food pantry in Reiffton and also at Saint Catharine of Siena Regional School.  Mary had many friends and enjoyed spending time with them.  Mary is survived by her daughters Kathleen M. Arnold-Yerger wife of Douglas Yerger of Pottstown; Margaret A. Koletar wife of the late Stephen Koletar of Mohrsville and Cynthia O. Arnold of Wyomissing.  She is also survived by her granddaughter Michelle Koletar wife of Mark Hoffman of Mohrsville and 5 step-grandchildren  and their families and many nieces and nephews.   The family wishes to sincerely thank all the staff at Sinking Spring Nursing & Rehabilitation Center and Heartland Hospice for the kindness and care they gave to Mary.  

Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Saint Catharine of Siena Chapel 2427 Perkiomen Ave. Mount Penn, Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at 1:30 pm.  Interment will be held at the convenience of the family.  In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Saint Catharine of Siena Regional School 2330 Perkiomen Ave. Mount Penn, PA 19606 in memory of Mrs. Mary M.
