Matthew Johnson

Matthew R. Johnson, 29, passed away February 27, 2010. Born in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, he was the son of Richard E. Johnson, Sr. of Nelsonville, Ohio and Joyce B.(Sackal) Johnson of Sinking Spring. Matthew was a 1998 graduate of Nelsonville, Ohio Senior High School and was attending Penn State University. He served in the United States Air Force during the Persion Gulf War. He attended St. Ignatius Loyola RCC. He is survived by his daughter Kyla Marie Johnson of Warner Robins, Georgia, brothers, Sgt. Richard E. Johnson, Jr. stationed in Afghanistan, Robert E. Johnson of Sinking Spring, sisters, Sherry A. Yockey of Marengo, Ohio, Barbara J. Menard of Millville, Mass., Sara E. Gomez of Reading, Ruth-Anne A. Johnson of Sinking Spring along with several nieces and nephews.
