Michael Brueggemann

Michael W. Brueggemann, 55, of Cumru Twp., passed away on August 30, 2015 at The Reading Hospital and Medical Center.
Born in West Reading, he was the son of Winfried G. and Edith (Mette) Brueggemann.
Michael was self employed as a maintenance technician. He enjoyed reading books, working in his garden, hunting, collecting guns, working on his Corvette, attending auto shows, listening to classic rock music, and spending time with his pets: Chuckie and Layla.
He is survived by his Wife: Sally A. (McCreary) Brueggemann, Son: Jason Brueggemann; Step-children: Ronald L. Quinter, husband of Christy of Fairfax Station, VA, Paul E. Quinter of Muhlenberg Twp., and Cathy A. Quinter-Flores, wife of David Flores of Muhlenberg Twp. Grandchildren: David Colon, Jr., Chandelle Colon, Joslin Kline, Bradley Quinter, Davian Flores, Michael Quinter, Ryan Quinter, Styles Flores, Riley Quinter, and Jacob Brueggemann. Sister: Andrea Beckett, wife of Joe. Brother: Oliver Brueggemann, husband of Shoney. 2 nephews and 1 niece.
A service will be held at Bean Funeral Home, 129 E. Lancaster Ave., Shillington, on Friday, September 4, 2015 at 5:00PM. The family will receive friends and relatives from 3-5:00PM.
