Nancy Razzano

Nancy R. Razzano (Unger), 87, of Muhlenberg Township, passed away on Sunday, October 16, 2022 at Berks Heim. She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph V. Razzano, who passed away on May 25, 2016. Together they shared 62 years of marriage. Born in Reading, she was the daughter of Margaret (Strause) Garman and Anthony Armao and adoptive daughter of Earl Unger and Alma Unger.

Nancy graduated from Shillington High School, Class of 1962. She was a member of Holy Rosary RCC, of Reading and the Holy Rosary Senior Choir for many years.  Nancy enjoyed knitting, crocheting, completing crossword puzzles and reading. In her younger years, she loves to roller skate with her husband Joseph. Overall, she loved to play the piano and travel.

Nancy is survived by her children, Linette A. Razzano, of Muhlenberg; Joseph L. Razzano, of Muhlenberg; Michael P. Razzano, husband of Beth J., of West Lawn; 5 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and siblings, Gail (Unger) Renninger, of Shillington; Jon Armao, of Reston, VA; Allen Armao, of Pennside; and John Armao Reber, of Blandon.

In addition to her husband, Nancy was predeceased by her son Lawrence E. Razzano, who passed away on May 1, 1997 and 7 siblings.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church 237 Franklin St. Reading, PA 19602 on Friday, October 21, 2022 at 10:00am. Interment will follow at Gethsemane Cemetery. The family will receive relatives and friends at the church from 8:45am-9:45am. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church or the American Parkinson Disease Association.
