Norma Jeane Walker

Norma Jeane Walker of Raleigh, NC, Formerly of Reading, PA passed away on Thursday, September 25, 2025, at the age of 92. She was born in New Kensington, PA and spent most of her adult life in the Reading area before moving to North Carolina to be closer to her daughter, son-in-law, and grandchildren.

Norma Jeane graduated from Albright College, and the Reading Hospital School of Nursing where she received her RN degree. She and her husband, Todd, and their children were long-time members of Alsace Lutheran Church.

Norma Jeane was extremely talented at sewing, crafting, and cooking, and in her free time, she loved to play tennis and garden. She also enjoyed spending time with family at Lake Gaston and watching her granddaughters swim and play soccer.

Norma Jeane was preceded in death by her son Jeffrey Todd Walker, and her husband Todd Walker. She is survived by her daughter Allison (Walker) Muma and son-in-law Scott Muma of Raleigh, NC, granddaughters Natalie, Caroline and Samantha, and brother David Snow and sister-in-law Carol Snow.

Norma Jeane will be laid to rest at Kimmels Evangelical Free Church in Orwigsburg, PA alongside her parents, husband and son.
