Patricia A. Wertz

Patricia A. Wertz, 79, of Lower Alsace Township, passed away Tuesday, November 25, 2025 at 7:23 pm at Laureldale Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. She was the wife of the late William E. Wertz who passed away on December 26, 2024. Born in Reading, Mrs. Wertz was the daughter of the late Bernard J. and June M. (Quinn) Henry. She was a member of Saint Catharine of Siena Roman Catholic Church and a 1964 graduate of Central Catholic High School. Mrs. Wertz is survived by her children Michael W. Wertz of Reading; Jeffrey W. Wertz husband of Tammie L. Wertz of Fleetwood; Marcia L. Zambito wife of Jamie L. Zambito of Lower Alsace Township; her grandchildren Drew Wertz, Colin Wertz, Haley Zambito, Kevin Zambito and her siblings Bernard (Skip) Henry, Jr. husband of Mary Henry of Shillington; Kathleen Grim wife of James Grim of Fleetwood and Ann Fortier wife of Roy Fortier of Temple.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Saint Catharine of Siena Roman Catholic Church 4975 Boyertown Pike, Exeter Township Monday, December 1, 2025 at 11:00 am. Reverend Brian M. Miller, Celebrant. Interment will be held at Gethsemane Cemetery at the convenience of the family. The family will receive relatives and friends at Saint Catharine of Siena Roman Catholic Church Monday from 9:00 am to 10:30 am. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Saint Catharine of Siena School 2330 Perkiomen Ave. Mount Penn, PA 19606 in memory of Mrs. Patricia A. Wertz.
