Paul R. Wagner

Paul R. Wagner, 99, formerly of Sinking Spring, passed away Thursday, April 16, 2026 at 4:12 am at Reading Hospital. He was the husband of Joyce A. (Zerbe) Wagner. Born in Reading, Mr. Wagner was the son of the late William Wagner, Sr. and Elizabeth (Rodgers) Wagner. He was a member of Advent Lutheran Church, West Lawn and was a graduate of Mount Penn High School and the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Wagner served in the United States Army during World War II and then was employed by Rockwell International as a controller. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son David A. Wagner of South Heidelberg Township; his grandson Thomas M. Wagner and his sister Barbara Dinadio of Wyomissing. Mr. Wagner was preceded in death by his son Richard A. Wagner in 1997 and his brothers William Wagner, Jr. and Charles Wagner.
