Rita Segal

Rita D. Segal, 92, of Temple, passed away on Monday, September 12, 2022 at Penn State Health, St. Joseph. Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late Abraham Isaac Segal and Anna Kantner Segal.

Rita was predeceased by one brother and one sister.

For almost 30 years, Rita was an assistant manager at Turkey Hill Minit Markets on 5th St. Highway. Rita had a love for animals, especially cats. She was an avid contributor to the Humane Society of Berks County.

Rita is survived by her nephew Charles Disanto, of Philadelphia; longtime friend, Jane I. Phillipson, of Temple;  and many more longtime friends who were dear to her heart.
