Salvatore A. Cusumano

Salvatore A. Cusumano, 86, of Penn Township, passed away Monday, July 21, 2025 in his residence. He was the husband of the late Kathleen A. “Kay” (Roemmele) Cusumano, who passed away December 20, 2020. Born in Newark, New Jersey, Mr. Cusumano was the son of the late Salvatore and Marie (Tortorella) Cusumano. He was a member of Holy Guardian Angels Roman Catholic Church, the Knights of Columbus and served in the United States Air Force. Mr. Cusumano was employed by AT&T in Reading as a tool & die maker until his retirement. He is survived by his children Paul Cusumano husband of Judi Cusumano of Sewell, New Jersey; Anthony Cusumano husband of Amy Cusumano of Monmouth Junction, New Jersey; Tammy A. Morris of Fleetwood and his grandchildren Rachel and her husband Peter; Brandon and his wife Hannah; Melissa, Robert, Amanda and his great grandchildren Scarlet, Peter, Beverly. Mr. Cusumano was preceded in death by his brother Rosario Cusumano.

Prayer Service will be held at the Chapel of Saint George at Gethsemane Cemetery 3139 Kutztown Road, Laureldale, Friday, July 25, 2025 at 1:30 pm. Reverend Robert Rienzo will officiate. Entombment will follow. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society PO Box 6704, Hagerstown, Maryland 21741 in memory of Mr. Salvatore A. Cusumano.
