Shawn M. Keppley

Shawn M. Keppley, 30, passed away peacefully on May 29, 2025, at his home, with his loving family by his side.

Shawn was the son of Lisa (Keppley) Yeager, of Muhlenberg Township, and grandson of Donald and Donna Keppley, of Lower Heidelberg Township, where Shawn grew up and resided.

Shawn returned home on May 1, 2025, from the Reading Hospital after a 10 day stay and was under the care of Heartland Hospice. He was diagnosed in late April with Blastic Plasmacytoid Dendritic Cell Neoplasm, a rare and aggressive form of bone marrow cancer and was terminal.

Shawn was a 2014 graduate of Wilson High School. He enjoyed bowling on Saturday morning Jr. League, camping at Splash Magic Campground with his family, and riding go carts with his brother, playing on his many gaming systems, painting ceramics with mom at Busybees, watching Spongebob, but most of all being with all his family. He was a very gentle and loving man to those around him. He loved his family as they loved him as well.

In addition to his mom and maternal grandparents, Shawn leaves behind his sister Zoe Adam, wife of Brecken, of Topton, his nephews, Emerson and Elliot, niece Evelyn, Aunt Sherry Flamm, wife of David, and stepsisters, Amber Rupp and Corney Rupp.

Shawn was predeceased by his brother, Brandon R. Rupp. (Mohnton Boy)
