Sheila M. Helms

Sheila M. Helms, 58, passed away Wednesday, June 26, 2024 at 10:00 pm in Reading Hospital. Born in Reading, Sheila was the daughter of George Helms husband of Kathleen Helms of West Lawn and Donna (Schuchart) Plesnarski wife of Stan Plesnarski of Kenhorst. Sheila is also survived by her children Bethany Freymoyer of Greenville, South Carolina; Ciara Helms of Greenville, South Carolina; Christos Kambakis of Boyertown; and was preceded in death by her sons Michael McMullen and Brian Freymoyer. Also surviving are her grandchildren Michael, Jr.; Mariano; Zayden; Spencer; Riley; her sister Shari Whalen of Shillington; and her companion Raymond Schell. She was employed in the food service industry. Sheila was also a talented artist and worked in various media. She shared her work with family and friends.

Interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
