Shelby J. Gaul

Shelby J. Gaul, passed away on October 4, 2026, at Reading Hospital. She was born on May 21, 1961, in Pottstown, Pennsylvania.

Shelby led a dedicated and hardworking life. She worked as an IT Specialist for UGI for 26 years, giving many years of steady service in her field. She also was a partner at KER Custom Molders in Douglassville for 12 years, where she shared in the work and commitment of the business.

Shelby will be remembered with love by her family. She is survived by her daughter, Heather Moore, and her son, Alex (Sarah) Gaul, her grandchildren, Willow, Finley, and Nash, and her siblings, George, Edward, Lorraine, and Clarence. Their lives carry forward her memory, and she will remain close to them in the love they shared.

She was preceded in death by her father, George Hampton, her mother, Barbara Brower, and brothers, Gregory and Ronald. As her family and friends mourn her passing, they also honor the life she lived and the lasting place she holds in their hearts.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, October 11, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Bean Funeral Homes- Exeter Township, 6 Fairlane Rd, Reading, PA 19606. A funeral service will follow there at 3:00 p.m. A private inurnment will take place at a later date at Temple United Methodist Cemetery, 1390 Unionville Road, North Coventry Township, PA 19465.
