Jacqueline "Jackie" Suchnick

Jacqueline L. Suchnick “Jackie”, 92, of Muhlenberg Township, passed away on Friday, June 11, 2021 in her residence. She was the beloved wife of the late David R. Suchnick who passed away in 1993. Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late Edgar Springer and Eleanor (Patterson). Jackie was a graduate of Reading High School Class of 1946. During her life she was employed as a Bookkeeper for Aluminum Building Products. Jackie enjoyed trips to Atlantic City. She was an avid animal lover and donor to the Humane Society. She was also a member of Pennside Presbyterian Church of Reading. Jackie is survived by her son, William R. Katzaman; daughter, Joy A. Katzaman Lewullis; granddaughter, Rachel Pluck; and sister, Nancy Mock. She was also predeceased by her brother James Springer.

Funeral Service will be held at Bean Funeral Homes 1605 Rockland Street Reading, PA 19604 on Thursday, June 17, 2021 at 10:00am. Rev. David J. Duquette will officiate. Interment will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Park. The family will receive relatives and friends from 9:00am-10:00am.
