Obituary

Sherry Ann Kreitz, 85, of Wernersville, passed away on February 11, 2021. She was the beloved wife of Paul A. Kreitz Jr. whom this past January celebrated 67 years of marriage. Born in Reading, she was the daughter of Mervyn L. Brumbach and Hilda (Reese). During her life, Sherry was employed at Boscov’s for 35 years until retirement. Sherry enjoyed cooking, cleaning and decorating, but what she enjoyed the most was spending time with her beloved family.

In addition to her husband Paul, she is survived by her children, Paul A. Kreitz III, husband of Elizabeth, of Wernersville; Cynthia H. Chesko, widowed of Paul, of Temple; Sandra J. Salvatore, wife of Joseph, of Shillington; David K. Kreitz, husband of Susan, of Flying Hills; 7 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; and sister-in-laws, Doris Brumbach and Myrtice Brumbach.

Funeral services will be held at Bean Funeral Homes, 3825 Penn Ave. Sinking Spring, PA 19608 on Wednesday, February 17, 2021 at 11:00am. Susan F. Weisman will officiate. The family will receive relatives and friends from 10:00am-11:00am. Interment will follow at Pleasant View Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contribution may be made to the American Cancer Society.
