Wanda Gordon-Hill

Wanda Joyce Gordon-Hill, 62, of Exeter Township passed away on Thursday September 3, 2020. Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late James and Joyce (Clouser) Gordon. Wanda is survived by her loving husband Rodney J. Hill.

In addition to her husband, Mrs. Gordon-Hill is survived by her sons Mark L. Roberts Jr, husband of Giselle Cosentino of Coatesville and Justin M. Hanson, husband of Victoria of Shoemakersville. She is also survived by one grandchild, Arya Hanson and three sisters; Beverly Lightcap, Karen Russell and Teresa Boyer.

Mrs. Gordon-Hill was an avid nature-lover who often rescued animals and nursed them back to health. She loved babysitting her granddaughter who brought her endless joy. In her spare time she collected furniture, jewelry, buttons and jelly glasses and could often be found exploring yard sales and flea markets.

A Celebration of Life funeral service will be held in Bean Funeral Home, 129 E. Lancaster Avenue Shillington, Thursday September 10, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. Amy S. Landis will officiate. Interment will immediately follow in St. James Cemetery, Geigertown. The family will receive relatives and friends in Bean Funeral Home from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to the Animal Rescue League of Berks County 58 Kennel Rd. Birdsboro PA 19508.
